Our Hidden City Coffee Blend is Zoka's darkest roast, created using a blend of coffees that provide dimensionality and a roast profile that preserves the intrinsic qualities of the coffee. It's vibrant and sweet for a coffee roasted to this degree.

Rich, dark chocolate dominates the flavor profile accented with fresh and dried fruits (figs and dates).

Hidden City is a medium-full bodied coffee with low-medium acidity. Cupping notes of dark chocolate, plum, caramel, pecan and molasses.

My new go-to

Bold, balanced, and delicious. I've shopped around a lot of roasters looking for my new favorite full-bodied brew. This is it. The aroma is heavenly, the flavor robust but well-balanced. Definitely recommend.

Flavorful and full bodied French Roast

I seldom order French Roast coffee as I prefer medium to light roast, but this coffee was so flavorful with no hint of bitterness I would definitely purchase it again.
